The Amarnath Yatra continued on Friday following three-day suspension with 137 explorers leaving Jammu for the buckle place of worship in Kashmir Valley.
“The yatris left Bhagwati Nagar Yatri Niwas in an escorted caravan of seven vehicles. This incorporates yatris going to both Baltal and Pahalgam base camps,” a cop said.
The yatra stayed suspended for three days in light of security reasons and the lesser number of pioneers settling on the excursion now.
The 60-day long yatra which began on June 28 will end on August 26 (Sunday). To date, more than 2.84 Lakh travelers have played out the yatra.
More pioneers played out the yatra this year contrasted with the most recent three years.
