National Conference (NC) has drawn in previous specialist general of India Gopal Subramanium to protect Article 35-An of the constitution.

“NC President and Member of Parliament from Srinagar supporters, Farooq Abdullah, yesterday had nitty gritty exchanges with senior attorneys in Delhi with regards to petitions testing the State’s uncommon status in the Supreme Court,” a NC representative said.

He said Abdullah met Subramanium and drew in his administration to speak to the gathering’s mediation request in the peak court.

Subramanium is a previous administrator of the Bar Council of India and has been a piece of various point of interest cases.

He was granted the National Law Day Award for being an exceptional legal scholar, displayed to him in 2009 by the President.

The representative said Abdullah was joined by NC Provincial Presidents for Kashmir and Jammu Nasir Aslam Wani and Devender Singh Rana amid the gatherings.
