Senior Congress pioneer and previous Union pastor Saifuddin Soz Monday said an all-party appointment from the State should approach Prime Minister Narendra Modi and inclination the Government of India (GoI) to safeguard Article 35 An in the Supreme Court.
Article 35A, which concurs uncommon rights and benefits to the natives of Jammu and Kashmir, is confronting a legitimate test in the Supreme Court.

Soz said the general population of Kashmir have demonstrated a one of a kind feeling of solidarity on the need to shield Article 35A of the Constitution of India.
“It is cheering that J&K government has taken its situation for shielding Article 35-An of the Constitution of India,” he said including, “It is an encouraging circumstance that specific segments of society in Jammu and Ladakh have likewise understood that Article 35-A can’t be annulled”.
