Leader Narendra Modi Wednesday asked Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam regarding why Jammu Kashmir slacked in the execution of leader wellbeing programs.

Leading the 29th collaboration through PRAGATI – the ICT-based, multi-modular stage for Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation, Modi while looking into the advancement made by all states incorporating Jammu Kashmir in the execution of two noteworthy leader wellbeing programs, Ayushman Bharat and Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana, particularly asked the Chief Secretary J&K, B V R Subrahmanyam about why the State falled behind in the usage of Ayushman Bharat and Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana plans.

The CS educated the PM that usage of the two plans had been speeded up amid the previous two months.

“The Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India has been agreed upon. The State Health Agency under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary with delegates of the sum total of what offices has been set up alongside the Executive Committee and 22 District Implementation Units. A full time CEO for this program will be posted in the blink of an eye. A Saving Bank Account has been opened with the end goal of this program,” Subrahmanyam said.

The Chief Secretary told the Prime Minister that the offering procedure for choosing the back up plan for the program had started and the delicate had been issued on August 25, 218.

He disclosed to Modi that the offering procedure would be finished and the delicate would be granted by September 24, 2018 and said the pilot dispatch of the program including the recipients’ distinguishing proof framework would start at the Government Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and JLNM Hospital, Srinagar by September 7, 2018.

The CS told the PM that the State would finish the determination of the back up plan in time for the all-India dispatch of the program and would not slack at all.

As to Program, the CS guaranteed the PM that the six staying revealed areas of Jammu Kashmir would likewise be secured under the program and Jan Aushadhi shops would be opened in these six locale by September 30, 2018.
