Over multi month after a minor kid was killed under strange conditions in Hanjipora territory of north Kashmir’s Kupwara locale, the administration gave over the case to the Crime Branch after Police neglected to break the case.
The choice came after a persevering interest from local people who had been requesting a fair-minded test into the merciless slaughtering of the minor kid.
Umar Farooq, child of Farooq Ahmad Malik who disappeared from his local town close Kupwara town a month ago had been discovered dead in Hanjipora town days after.
The news of his fierce murdering had sent individuals of the zone into grieving and outrage. Individuals organized challenges in the city for a long time requesting the capture of offenders. In any case, Police regardless of resolute endeavors couldn’t capture the offenders provoking government to handover the case to the Crime Branch.
IGP Crime Syed Afadul Mujtaba told a neighborhood news gathering office KNS that a SIT had been constituted under DSP Muhammad Afzal who might visit Kupwara and start the test.
In the mean time, sources said examining the killing would not be a cakewalk for the Crime Branch group the same number of vital confirmations had been obliterated.
The sources said the Crime Branch group would claim the case journal from Police before starting the examinations.
Umar was an understudy of third standard at Usmania Public School in Kupwara town.
After his slaughtering, SSP Kupwara affirmed that the body of the minor said that SIT headed by ASP Kupwara had been constituted.
“A leading group of specialists will look at the after death and it will be video-charted,” he had said. “In this association, a case FIR No 192/2018 under segment 302, 363 RPC has just been enlisted at Police Station Kupwara.”
