Australian paramedics have been expressed gratitude toward for satisfying a critically ill man’s craving for a frozen yogurt sundae on his last excursion to doctor’s facility.
The signal happened a week ago however has been shared freely in a Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) Facebook post.
They said paramedics had acted in the wake of taking in their patient, Ron McCartney, 72, had eaten little in earlier days.
“The officers asked Ron, in the event that you could eat anything… what might it be?” the post by QAS said.
“To which Ron answered, a caramel sundae.”
The emergency vehicle benefit said it had been left “lowered and tinged with misery” in the wake of getting a message of appreciation from Mr McCartney’s significant other, Sharon.
His little girl, Danielle Smith, said that her dad had kicked the bucket on Saturday in palliative care, following a 17-year battle with pancreatic growth.
