The joining of activist positions by two neighborhood youth has stressed security organizations who have now chalked out a “de-radicalization plan”.

Like Kashmir valley, Doda area remained the hotbed of militancy amid 1990s however since 2008-09, the militancy had nearly arrived at an end in the uneven locale.

As of late, Abid Hussain Butt, 24, of Sazan town in Doda was executed in a gunfight with another aggressor in south Kashmir’s Anantnag locale.

Afterward, another young, a MBA graduate, Haroon Abbas Wani from Ghat, Doda joined aggressor positions, taking the security foundation by an astonishment.

Haroon was accounted for missing from his living arrangement from August 25.

There are worries among the security foundation that both youth joined militancy subsequent to viewing motivational recordings via web-based networking media.

Resultantly, the Police office is wanting to screen such recordings via web-based networking media.

A senior Police officer said the office had begun meeting individuals in Doda and far away zones to look for help of the general population to maintain a strategic distance from the recovery of militancy in the Chenab Valley.

Conversing with Rising Kashmir, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Jammu Zone, S D Singh Jamwal stated, “Not much, but rather some questionable things are via web-based networking media. There might be a few people inspiring the adolescent. We are inspecting.”
