Requiring a test into Kashmir killings because of government powers, the Pakistan Foreign Minister stated, “We repeat our call for pressing foundation of the #OHCHR COI (Commission of Inquiry). The victors of human rights ought to influence #India to stop its twofold talk and put a quick end to the Kashmiri massacre. #PulwamaMassacre.”
