Primary Secretary Planning, Development and Monitoring, Rohit Kansal audited the game plans for the up and coming visit of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Jammu Kashmir at an abnormal state meeting here last night.
Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner Secretary PWD (R&B), Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Secretary Tourism, Rigzian Sampheal, DC Jammu, Ramesh Kumar, DC Samba, Sushma Chauhan, Director Hospitality and Protocol, Hashmat Ali Khan, Chief Engineer R&B Jammu, Sudhir Kumar and other concerned officers including SSP Traffic and Additional SP Samba went to the gathering.
At the 3-hour long distance race meeting which was likewise joined by Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam towards the end, Kansal took point by point load of the courses of action being made for the arrangement of capacities to be composed at Jammu, Srinagar and Leh including establishment of stage, drinking water, control supply, seating game plans, therapeutic offices, sanitation, Hi-end vehicles, traffic the board, leaving, program plan and different game plans being set up for the VVIP visit.
Kansal worried upon the officers to ensure that every single important game plan are made well in time. He called for close coordination among various organizations for the smooth lead of Prime Minister’s visit to the State.
Relevantly, Prime Minister is planned to visit Jammu, Srinagar and Leh on 3 February 2019 to establish framework stones and initiate different improvement ventures.
Leader had last visited the State on 19 May 2018 to lay foundation of Zojilla Tunnel project.
