Chinese telecoms monster Huawei has denied any bad behavior after US investigators recorded a large group of criminal allegations against the firm.
Huawei has additionally dismissed criminal cases against its CFO Meng Wanzhou, who was captured in Canada a month ago.
The charges documented against Huawei in the US incorporate bank misrepresentation, hindrance of equity and robbery of innovation.
The case could raise pressures among China and the US.
In an announcement, Huawei said it was “frustrated to learn of the charges brought against the organization today”.
It said it didn’t submit “any of the stated infringement” and that it “doesn’t know about any bad behavior by Ms Meng”.
The announcement said the charges of taking competitive innovations were the subject of a settled common suit, in which a jury found “neither harms nor wilful and noxious lead”.
