The voter turnout expanded to 6. 67 percent at 1:pm in Kulgam locale – some portion of the Anantnag Lok Sabha supporters – on Monday in the midst of stringent security courses of action, authorities said.
The casting a ballot in the second leg of the three-staged calendar for the Lok Sabha seat would choose the destiny of 18 competitors, including previous boss pastor Mehbooba Mufti.
The general survey rate in region Kulgam at 1.pm was 6.67 percent, the authorities said here.
Surveying will finish at 4.00 pm, rather than common 6.00 pm, following a solicitation by the state police to the Election Commission.
The Kulgam region, which contains four get together portions of Kulgam, Devsar, Noorabad and Hom Shalibugh, has 3,45,489 balloters including 1,79,607 guys, 1,64,604 females, 1,265 administration voters and 13 transgender voters.
