Various aircrafts are dropping flights or re-steering them far from Iran after a US automaton was shot down in the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran affirmed it had shot down the automaton, saying it had disregarded Iranian airspace. The US denies this.

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a crisis request disallowing US aircrafts from flying over the Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman.

Joined Airlines has suspended its Newark to Mumbai course.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) shot down the automaton on Thursday. It said the bringing down of the automaton sent a “reasonable message to America”.

Anyway the US military demands the automaton was over worldwide waters at the time. It censured the “unwarranted assault” by the IRGC.

The FAA issued a Notice to Airmen on Thursday disallowing US-enlisted airplane from working over the Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman.
