US authorities are examining a mystery Facebook bunch where outskirt watch individuals purportedly posted bigot and misogynist jokes about transients.
The private gathering had around 9,500 individuals, including previous and current outskirt watch operators, ProPublica announced.
A few posts ridiculed vagrant passings, while others focused on Latino individuals from Congress, ProPublica said.
The Border Patrol boss has called the posts “totally wrong”.
“Any representatives found to have damaged our gauges of lead will be considered responsible,” Carla Provost said.

The gathering was designated “I’m 10-15”, ProPublica said – 10-15 being Border Patrol code for “outsiders in authority”.
As indicated by ProPublica, individuals from the gathering ridiculed Latino individuals from Congress who visited transient detainment fixates in Texas on Monday.
Democrats Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Veronica Escobar were among those said to be focused, with individuals calling them “tools” and “slime balls”.
In one post, a part supposedly recommended tossing burritos at them, while another delineated a doctored picture that demonstrated Ms Ocasio-Cortez playing out a sex demonstration.
The BBC was not ready to autonomously confirm the presence of the private gathering, which isn’t freely open on Facebook.
