South Korea has apologized again for permitting a North Korean angling vessel to achieve the country’s shore in a noteworthy break of its outskirts.

The episode, in June, saw the little vessel helping four anglers sneak past South Korean waters and dock at a port.

The legislature considered the attack a “grave mix-up”, yet rejected cases it had concealed the occurrence.

As per Korean media, the pontoon was permitted to float, undetected, through South Korean waters for 57 hours before it arrived at the eastern port of Samcheok.
