Sir James Dyson has purchased what is believed to be Singapore’s greatest and most costly penthouse level.
The buy comes after his organization, best known for its vacuum cleaners, moved its HQ from the UK to Singapore.
Sir James, a conspicuous supporter for Brexit who has said leaving the EU with no arrangement would “have no effect”, was blamed for bad faith after the move.
The property is at the core of the city’s business area and ranges three stories and has five rooms.
Authority records show Sir James and his better half Lady Deirdre Dyson are joint occupants of the loft at the esteemed Wallich Residence.
“Given the choice to find the central command in Singapore and the developing focal point of the organization’s business in the area, obviously James Dyson has purchased a property there,” a Dyson representative said in an announcement.

As per promoting reports, the property is the biggest “non-landed habitation” in Singapore and has its very own pool, jacuzzi room and bar offices.
Singapore’s Business Times reports Sir James paid $73.8m Singapore dollars ($54m, £43m) for the “super penthouse”, which has perspectives on the city’s Marina Bay Sands and the budgetary locale.
The sticker price is probably going to make it Singapore’s most costly level.
