A US jury has granted $450,000 (£350,000) to the dad of a kid slaughtered in the 2012 taking shots at Sandy Hook school, in a criticism claim against a scheme scholar essayist.
In June a Wisconsin judge decided that James Fetzer had criticized Leonard Pozner by guaranteeing he had created the demise declaration of his child Noah.
Mr Fetzer, who co-composed Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, said he would offer.

Mr Pozner arrived at a settlement with Mr Palacek a month ago. The terms have not been uncovered.
On Tuesday, Mr Pozner stressed that the case was not about First Amendment assurances with the expectation of complimentary discourse.
“Mr Fetzer has the privilege to accept that Sandy Hook never occurred. He has the option to express his numbness,” he stated, as indicated by the Wisconsin State Journal.
