The race for 2019’s Christmas number one has been won by LadBaby, who is top of the UK’s happy outline for the second year straight.
The YouTube star, whose genuine name is Mark Hoyle, beat Stormzy and Wham! to guarantee the title with his wiener roll-themed front of I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll.
The Official Charts Company said it was the year’s quickest selling download.
“How have we done this once more?” said Hoyle, whose melody is fund-raising for nourishment bank philanthropy The Trussell Trust.
“Much thanks to you everyone for supporting us indeed, and for an astonishing reason.”
LadBaby is just the third demonstration in outline history to score back to back Christmas number one singles. The others were The Beatles and the Spice Girls.
