The White House overstepped the law by retaining help to Ukraine that had been endorsed by the US Congress, an administration guard dog has said.

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) administering comes as President Donald Trump faces an indictment preliminary in the Senate identified with the retained guide.

He is blamed for freezing help to compel Ukraine to explore a political opponent.

Ukraine has opened a test on independent claims connected to the reprimand.
