An officer who murdered 26 individuals in a firearm frenzy in the Thai city of Nakhon Ratchasima has been shot dead by the security powers, Thai police say.
Jakraphanth Thomma on Saturday killed his boss before taking weapons from a military camp.
The presume proceeded with his assault in the city and in a strip mall in Nakhon Ratchasima, otherwise called Korat.
