ISLAMABAD: Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) secretary general’s Special Envoy for Jammu and Kashmir Ambassador Yousef M. Al Dobeay came to here on Monday on a five-day visit to observe the pulverization and sufferings brought about by truce infringement by Indian soldiers along the Line of Control (LoC).
Envoy Al Dobeay is driving a six-part assignment. During the visit, the gathering would head out to Azad Jammu and Kashmir and would meet senior Pakistani authorities, who might brief them on disintegrating human rights circumstance in India-involved Jammu and Kashmir (IOJ&K).
