MUZAFFARABAD: To stem the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider on Monday declared a three-week lockdown in the district beginning 12 PM, revealed ARY News.

The AJK head spoke to general society to remain in and abstain from going out superfluously.

Revealing the limitations, he said transport will stay suspended and individuals won’t be permitted to go out superfluously during this period. Be that as it may, he included, unique passes will be given to individuals for going in unavoidable conditions.

Prior in the day, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar declared a lockdown over the area beginning 12 PM for the following 14 days to control the spread of coronavirus.

CM Punjab said the lockdown will be upheld from tomorrow at 9am till April 6. The pillion freeing in the area will be restricted in the territory during the lockdown.
