Tributes have been paid to on-screen character Naya Rivera, whose demise has been affirmed by US police.

The 33-year-old, most popular for playing Santana Lopez on Glee, had disappeared during a vessel trip in California.

After a long inquiry, jumpers discovered her body on Monday, inciting an overflowing of affection and compassion from her co-stars.

“She was so autonomous and solid and the possibility of her not being here is something I can’t fathom,” composed Glee on-screen character Kevin McHale on Twitter.

“She was the absolute most clever individual I’ve at any point met, with a steel-trap memory that could review the most forgettable discussions from 10 years back.

“She was the most capable individual I’ve at any point known and I’m irate we won’t get the chance to see more.”

“Rest sweet, Naya. What a power you were. Love and harmony to your family,” included Jane Lynch, who played mentor Sue Sylvester on the show.

A considerable lot of her previous cast-mates assembled at the bank of Lake Piru, close Los Angeles, to offer their appreciation.

This photograph of the cast of #Glee assembling at Lake Piru today where #NayaRivera’s body was found is extraordinarily ground-breaking — particularly when you consider today is the multi year commemoration of Cory Monteith’s demise. I’m a wreck.

Chris Colfer, who played Kurt Hummel in the high schooler parody, imparted a photograph of himself to Rivera on Instagram.

“How might you pass on the entirety of your adoration and regard for somebody in one post?” he wrote in the inscription.

“How might you sum up a time of kinship and giggling with words alone?

“In the event that you were companions with Naya Rivera, you just can’t. Her brightness and funniness were unparalleled. Her excellence and ability were powerful.”
